In this search you give us the exclusive assignment to look for a living space for you. We work on a no cure no
pay basis, we assume that we will find the right home for you.
• When we search for the housing we need to know the financiel situation , so send us your details about work
and income like a contract or paycheck
• Upon acceptance by you of the accomodation offered, you undertake to conclude a rental agreement of the
model that is costumary at the relevant landlord.
• By signing this form you declare that you are aware of this and that you agree in advanced that a brokers fee
will be charged when a rental agreement is concluded. The brokers fee is one month exclusive the 21% VAT that comes to the amount.
• The commission must be paid when the lease is signed.
The registration fee of 29.50 euro's will not be refunded if you change your mind and do not want to use our service or when you find yourself an apartment.
When we make a proposal for a home and the owner accepts the proposal, you will receive the home. If you decide not to purchase the property after accepting the property, you will owe us 100% commission ex VAT. The amount is calculated over one month's rent of the apartment that you initially agreed to.
- • If you find the property yourself through pararius or another platform but you engage Happybrokers to mediate, the agreement regarding the commission payment remains te same.
What documents do we need after the registration
- Copy of ID (passport, ID card, or residence permit) - Three payslips - Employment contract - If you have a guarantor, we will send you a form. We also need a copy of your ID, three payslips, and an employment contract from the guarantor. - If you are self-employed, we require annual financial statements. After registration, we will send you a confirmation in which you can submit the documents.
